Andrea Castetter, SVP, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, joined Inotiv in October 2023 to oversee the wide range of legal matters affecting our global business operations. Andrea’s expertise and experience bolster our legal organization to meet or exceed complex global regulatory compliance and standards and safeguard intellectual property, while assessing the legal risks associated with research, discovery, development, and commercialization.
Coming to us with a wealth of life science industry experience, most recently with Eli Lilly & Company, Andrea brings an extensive background as a former scientist in research and development and legal counsel expertise in the areas of intellectual property, information technology, cybersecurity, privacy, legal operations and compliance, uniquely positioning her to drive strategic initiatives here at Inotiv. Additionally, Andrea's adeptness at cross-functional collaboration ensures seamless partnerships that will be instrumental in navigating the evolving complexities of our industry.
