This privacy statement (the “Privacy Statement”) sets forth BASi’s privacy practices and the possible uses of the information that it gathers via the Site.

Personal Information – You may submit your first name, last name, address, email address, and other identifiable information (collectively, “Personal Information”) through the Site in various ways, such as, for example, by signing up to our mailing list, submitting a purchase order, or otherwise. You may also submit Personal Information to us in relation to a job posting or through the employee onboarding process at our Careers page.
Children Under 13 – BASi® does not market to and does not knowingly collect any Personal Information from or about a child under the age of 13 without the consent of the child’s parent or legal guardian. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13 years of age, we will promptly take all reasonable measures to delete that data from our systems.
USE OF INFORMATION COLLECTED
Direct Marketing – We may use Personal Information to generate and send marketing communications to you directly for services and products we offer. If you do not wish to receive marketing communications from BASi®, you may unsubscribe in the marketing email or communication sent to you by following the instructions in that communication.
Improving Your Experience – We track your visits to our Site through the use of Analytics Information and identify you upon subsequent visits to improve your experience while browsing the Site.
Employment Opportunities – We use Personal Information that you provide to us on our Careers page in relation to job postings and the employee onboarding process. We may disclose this Personal Information to outside recruiters for our job postings and may contact you directly in relation to such job postings.
Information Sharing – We may disclose your Personal Information and Financial Information to our affiliates, as well as third party partners as follows below:
- Law Enforcement – Your information may be shared with law enforcement officials if it relates to a criminal investigation or alleged illegal activity;

If the surviving entity in that transaction is not BASi®, the surviving entity may use your information pursuant to their own privacy policies, and those policies may be different from this Privacy Statement.
- General Marketing – We may transfer information to third parties whose practices are not covered here if such third parties wish to market products or services to you.
- Service Providers: We may employ third party service providers to perform functions on our behalf. They may have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.
PROTECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION

Choices Relating to the Personal Information We Collect
Personal information. You may decline to provide personal information when it is requested by BASi, but certain portions of the Site or the entire Site may be unavailable to you.
You have choices about how we use your Personal Information to communicate with you, to send you marketing information, and whether you want to update or remove your personal information.
We will honor any statutory right you might have to access, modify or erase your personal information. Please contact us following the instructions in the Contacting Us section. We will attempt to address your request within forty-five (45) days.

Because there currently isn’t an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we don’t respond to them at this time.
