Mike Garrett, M.S.

Mike is a veteran leader of the Life Sciences Industry with over 25 years of experience in numerous commercial leadership roles. Since June 2019 he has been the Senior VP of Commercial for Envigo. Prior to that, he was VP of Commercial Development for MPI Research responsible for global sales, marketing and client services. He previously spent nine years at BioReliance, a provider of contract GMP testing and toxicology services to the biopharmaceutical industry. While there he held positions of increasing responsibility, the most recent being Head of Global Marketing and Strategy for Biopharmaceutical Services. Mike has also worked at Life Technologies, Serologicals and Stratagene in sales management, product management and business development roles. He started his career at the lab bench, working for NIH/NIAID, GSK and Duke University. Mike has an M.S. in Experimental Pathology from the University of Washington (Seattle, WA) and a B.S. in Biology from Duke University (Durham, NC).
