Kimberly Beaty joined the Inotiv team in August 2015. She has over 22 years of leadership and marketing experience spanning multiple industries, with five years of marketing experience in the CRO and pharmaceutical space. Beaty is responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of the organization’s marketing strategies and communications, and oversees all marketing aspects of the company’s brand, image, and offerings.
Prior to joining Inotiv, Beaty spent 13 years at BMG Direct Marketing in leadership roles of increasing responsibility and ran her own small business for five years. She has a B.A. in English from Indiana University and a certification in Miller Heiman Strategic and Conceptual Selling, and also has experience as a Salesforce administrator.
