Greg Beattie
Chief Operating Officer, DSA
Greg joined Inotiv in February 2021 bringing more than 30 years of contract research experience to the company including more than two decades in operational leadership roles at Charles River Laboratories where he drove growth and profitability across multiple business units. Greg held corporate vice president positions within all three of Charles River Laboratories’ segments of operations (Discovery and Safety Assessment, Research Models and Services, and Manufacturing Support).
Among his most significant accomplishments were leading the expansion of several of CRL’s safety assessment sites, establishing a new business venture (Charles River Accelerator and Development Lab) and integrating and expanding CRL’s Global Biologics Testing Solutions business. Greg has extensive experience in strategic planning, leadership development, team building, enterprise-wide system implementation and process improvement.
Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from McGill University, a Master of Science in Experimental Health Sciences from Université du Quebéc and a Master of Business Administration from the Quantic School of Business and Technology. He is a graduate from the Kellogg Management Institute program at Northwestern University and held certification as diplomate of the American Board of Toxicology (DABT) between 1999 and 2019.
